Effective date: August 2026
Corvidae CC LLC DBA Corvidae Consulting & Coaching ("Corvidae," "Corvidae Consulting & Coaching," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to our website at corvidaecc.com (the "Site"), to the consulting and advisory services we provide, and to the client platform we make available to clients as part of an engagement.
**How this Policy relates to our other agreements.** Our Terms & Conditions govern use of the Site. This Policy is broader—it follows the information, wherever we handle it. If you are a client, your services agreement with Corvidae also governs how we handle information you share with us, and that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this Policy.
By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
Corvidae CC LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing business growth consulting, revenue operations strategy, AI automation services, HR advisory, and leadership coaching. We primarily advise, and we may also implement or arrange implementation of certain builds (such as CRM funnels and automations) as part of an engagement.
Some services are delivered by independent contractor associates working under the Corvidae brand, and certain implementation work may be performed by subcontracted providers. In all cases the client contracts with Corvidae, and Corvidae remains the party responsible for the information practices described in this Policy.
For any privacy question, contact us at **[email protected]**.
2. Scope—Who This Policy Covers
This Policy covers three groups of people, and the answer to "who is responsible for my information" is different for each.
2.1 Site visitors and prospective clients
If you browse the Site, submit a form, book a call, download a free resource, or opt in to our communications, Corvidae decides what information is collected and how it is used. This Policy governs that information in full.
2.2 Clients
If you engage Corvidae, this Policy governs the information you share with us, as supplemented by your services agreement. Where your engagement includes access to our client platform, your account and the information in it are also governed by that agreement and its Platform Addendum.
This Policy covers information Corvidae collects and uses for its own purposes. It does not cover information we handle on a client's behalf in the course of an engagement, which is governed by that client's own privacy policy and by our services agreement with them.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically, and information we receive from our service providers.
3.1 Information you provide
- **Personal Information**—name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information when you make a purchase, Opt-in records and timestamps for all communication channels (SMS, email, etc.)
- **Booking information**—when you schedule a call or session (for example, through our online booking calendar), we collect the details needed to book and confirm your appointment
- **Client and engagement information**—if you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our services, which may include business, operational, and financial details you share with us.
- **Submissions**—if you send us feedback, comments, suggestions, or a testimonial, we collect what you send. Where we publish a testimonial, we do so with your permission and may include your name, business name, and role.
3.2 Mobile number and SMS consent
If you give us your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we collect your number, your consent record (including the date, time, and method of opt-in), your messaging preferences, and the content and delivery status of messages exchanged with us.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
3.3 Payment information
Payments to Corvidae are made in one of two ways:
- **On the Site**—for a booking or other one-off item purchased at the point of booking.
- **Outside the Site**—by paying an invoice we send you, by card or ACH bank transfer.
In both cases, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor and, for bank transfers, our banking provider. **We do not collect or store your full card number or your bank account credentials.** Those details are processed and stored by the payment processor under its own privacy and security practices.
Our payment processor is Stripe; its privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

When you visit the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect:

5. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as described below.
- **Service providers.** We use trusted third-party platforms to assist in our operations, including our customer relationship management, forms, scheduling, communications platforms, payment processing, Google Workspace (email and files); and Google Analytics and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us, except where their own terms govern (such as the analytics and advertising platforms described in Section 7).
- **Independent contractor associates.** Where an associate delivers services under the Corvidae brand, they may access the information needed to serve you, subject to confidentiality obligations and to access restrictions limited to their own engagements.
- **Subcontractors.** Where we arrange implementation of a build, we may share the information reasonably necessary with a subcontracted provider (for example, a specialist build agency), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- **Legal and safety.** We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Corvidae, our clients, or others.
- **Business transfers.** If Corvidae is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
**Mobile information and text messaging consent.** No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Certain business records are retained for the periods required by law even after an engagement ends.
7. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to function properly, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure our marketing. These include:
- **Essential cookies**—required for the Site and booking calendar to function.
- **Analytics**—we may use **Google Analytics 4 (GA4)** to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects usage and device data through cookies and identifiers. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and opt-out tools at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- **Advertising and measurement**—we may use the **Meta Pixel** to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand actions taken on our Site. This may allow Meta to associate your activity with your Meta account. See Meta's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences through the tools each provider offers. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our site.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
We use artificial intelligence tools in the course of our work—for research, drafting, analysis, and building the automations we implement for clients. Our recommendations are advisory; your business decisions and their outcomes remain yours.
**We do not sell personal information to, or make it available for the training of, any third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning model.**
Separately, our Terms & Conditions prohibit others from using Site content to train or develop any artificial intelligence system. Nothing in this Policy grants any such right.

10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information and sensitive data, and we rely on the security practices of our service providers. Access to client information is limited to those who need it to deliver services, including associates and subcontractors whose access is restricted to their own engagements.
If you are issued a credential for any Corvidae system, you are responsible for keeping it confidential, for activity under it, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, and tools we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
